“ Friendly staff, attentive - i think they have paid attention to past reviews. It wasn't busy, the coffee was nice and arrived quick. We had a full english and a vegan ackee scramble with spinach. The food was good, plenty of vegan options on the menu which I love. There was a small amount of egg from my partners scramble mixed in with my vegan scramble, which I put to the side and told the staff about so they can be more careful in the future. They received feedback really well and were very apologetic. I would come back to try other things on the menu. ”

“ Happened upon this by chance, and glad we did. Lovely range of food to cater for all preferences. Really recommend doing the bubble and beans, which is bubble and squeak with beans (duh) and some optional toppings. I went with poached eggs and bacon. The eggs were absolutely perfect. The decaf latte I got was exceptional too! It did come to 35 quid for two of us, which is on the pricier side for sure. ”

“ On a cold wet December day we arrived at Hastings to find it shut! The pier and many of the shops etc. We were lucky to stumble across this Coffee shop. We ordered coffees and a mix of cakes, though I was a little apprehensive as most were labelled 'vegan' which in my past experience means awful! However the coffee and all the cakes were excellent, not just good for 'vegan' but very good for anyone! We chatted to the staff and discovered that the lady that makes the cakes was one of them, she's not even a veggie, so I expect that is why she was able to bake vegan cakes that we can all enjoy! ”
